NEVER SHOULD YOU DEFEND YOUR MISTAKES

ACCORDING TO HENRY BEECHER, NO MAN IS PERFECT; AND THIS IS TRUE IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES, SINCE, WE AREN'T PERFECT, IT IS ADVISED ALWAYS TO ACCEPT OUR INCOMPETENCES AND BE EASY TO ACCEPT CHANGES.

ALFRED BICHUKA, THE ESSAY WRITTER, USED THE SIMMILAR TECHINIQUE TO WIN THE GOOD WILL OF HIS EMPLOYER .IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKING GOOD ESSAYS FOR PUBLISHING PURPOSES, ONE OUGHT TO BE PRECISE AND VERY EXACT.. SAID BICHUKA AS HE NARRATED TO ME A STORY.( i can compare this story with the one i ever encountered in mr DALE CARNEGIE's  BOOK, TITTLED, how to make friends and influence peple.

some essay editors always complained for slight errors. one editor who was always delighted to find fault with some little things. i have often left his office in a disgust, not because of criticism, but because of his methouds of attacks. Recently,  i handled over a rush work to this editor and he ordered for me  at his office immediately claimming that something was wrong. when i arrived, i found pieces of my essays dumped on his table. he was hostile, gloating over his chance to criticise, he demanded with heat why i had  written bad essays etc, etc,....

my opportunity had come to apply self criticism. so i said '' sir, if what you say is true, i am at fault and there is absolutely no excuse for my blunder, i have been doing Essays for you long enough to know better, i am ashamed of myself''

immediately he took my side and started to defend me '' yes you're right but after all, this isn't a serious mistake.....i nterupted before he finished and said, any mistake may be coastly and are all irritating, you really deserve the best, so i am going to do this essay all over again.
no!!he queried, i wouldnt think of putting you to all that trouble, and praised my work, and commented he wanted only a minor change of arranging well the paragraphs. and that my slight errors did not harm anything, neither did it cost him any penny.

so my keenness to criticise myself took all the fight out of him and ended up taking me to LUNCH

any fool can try to stand for his/her boring mistakes.

lets admit our mistakes when wrong and with enthusiasm. this will produce awesome results

''by clashing, insulting, despising you'll never get enough but by using wisdom, you get more than you expected..
